Distribution of intrinsic point defects near spherical formations of the second phase under irradiation
Description
The task of calculating the intrinsic point defect distributions in the elastic field of spherical formations is analytically considered for a stationary case under minor effectiveness of the mobile defect recombination. Expressions for defect absorption and emission rates by spherical formations are derived
