Description
In the case of 0.6 MeV/C carbon clusters Cn+ (n = 1-5) implantation into NaCl crystal, a cluster zone about 321 nm calculated by TRIM program was observed. The optical absorption indicated that the defect concentration of NaCl caused by carbon cluster implantation varied with the size of cluster. The bigger cluster induced V2 and V3 color centers and higher defect concentration
