Mathematical models of plasma discharge control in a tokamak
Description
A model for program description of discharge development in a tokamak is considered and the problem of optimal control of poloidal fields and total current in plasma is determined. A comparison of the formulated problem solution methods is performed. A ''quasi-optimal'' control model is proposed, allowing one to take account of real power supplies. Analysis of the control task stability and correctness is conducted. The numerical code for otimal control task solution is developed and the method is described. Different operation modes of the T-15 device are calculated using the developed code
