Theoretical study of the ICRH antenna coupling properties with partial absorption plasma model at the ion cyclotron frequency in tokamak geometry
Description
The coupling properties of ICRH antenna in tokamak geometry has been studied using partial absorption plasma model and 3-D antenna model. Comparing with the results of antenna loading computation by the single-path plasma model, the partial absorption model is more close to the real situation of the middle or small size tokamak, which shows stand wave distribution of electromagnetic fields in plasma and resonance characteristics of loading resistance
