The aim of the paper is theoretical and experimental study of potential interaction of ions with solids surfaces at low, hypothermal and thermal energies. Results of computer simulation of the process contradict the experimental data

Abstract (Russian)

Цель работы - теоретическое и экспериментальное исследование потенциального взаимодействия ионов с поверхностью твердого тела в диапазоне низких, гипертермальных и тепловых энергий. Проведены эксперименты по исследованию накопления свободных зарядов на поверхностях твердых тел. Результаты компьютерного моделирования этого процесса противоречат экспериментальным данным
