Description
In order to study the characteristics of micro X ray tube, the air kerma (specific energy release) in the distance of 30 cm were measured by ionization chamber, and the-ray energy spectrum of Ag and Cu were measured by using the high purity germanium detector. The results show that there is a trend of linear increase of the air kerma with the increase of the current, and the energy spectra of the two characteristic X rays are obvious. In this paper, the measurement method and the experimental measurement of the micro X ray tube air specific energy release and energy spectrum are presented, and the conditions for the establishment of the radiation quality of the micro X ray tube are provided.
