Description

The design of the beam transport channel for performing experiments to determine the energy losses in plasma was developed based on the beam dynamics simulation. Work on the matching of vacuum system was carried out, which allowed determining the parameters of the diaphragms at the entrance and exit of the plasma target. According to the obtained results, the first successful tests on the TIPr-1 were held

Abstract (Russian)

На основании моделирования динамики пучка разработана конструкция канала транспортировки пучка на ускорителе ТИПр-1 с энергией до 100 кэВ/нуклон для исследования процессов торможения тяжелых ионов в веществе. Проведена работа по настройке вакуумной системы, что позволило определить параметры диафрагм на входе и выходе плазменной мишени. Проведены тестовые испытания с использованием полученных результатов
