Description

Results of systematic studies of mechanical and magnetic properties changing in stainless steels Kh18N9, 12Kh18N10T and Kh15AG14 after deformations and annealings are presented. Plain samples with thickness 300 μm after austenization were irradiated in cyclotron U-150 by alpha-particles with energy 50 MeV. At the same time cylindric samples were irradiated in WWR-K reactor core at temperature ≤ 100 deg. C up to maximal fluence 2·1020 n/sm2. Non-irradiated and irradiated samples were deformed at 20 deg. C on the Instron-1195 testing machine with simultaneous registration of ferromagnet martensite α-phase formation and accumulation with help of scanning flux-gate meter Ferster-1.053. It is determined that at irradiation and non-irradiation stage change of martensite α'-phase on different section is taking place by the same (exponential) law. Process of reverse martensite α'→γ transformation is ending at annealing temperature ∼800 deg. C
