Toxicity and radioprotective properties of 1,3-oxazine and 1,3-thiazine derivatives

Description
Experiments on mice have been carried out to study toxicity and radioprotective properties of 18 oxazine and thiazine derivatives with various degrees of cycle non-saturation. A uniform regularity in the alteration of their toxic qualities depending upon the chemical structure is revealed. A clear radioprotective activity of 4,4,6-trimethyl-2-dimethylamino--4H-1,3-oxazine is established
