  • 1. Japan Atomic Energy Agency, Quantum Beam Science Directorate, Tokai, Ibaraki (Japan)

Description

In this lecture, state of neutron imaging facilities installed after the middle of the 1970s in Japan were widely outlined with overseas latest facilities and special facilities with high performance. Neutron sources varied from research reactors to accelerators including a proton accelerator. Neutron radiography with high spatial resolution and time resolution needs high neutron flux and collimator ratio. Latest facilities tended to prefer the latter. (T. Tanaka)
