Description
The content of structured water in the plasma membranes suspension of tumor cells of Guerin's carcinoma (GC) substrains sensitive and resistant to doxorubicin is studied after the treatment with antitumor drug. The temperature dependences of changes in the proton signals intensity of non-freezing water in suspensions of plasma membranes were measured by NMR-spectroscopy. The obtained data suggested significant differences in the structure and three-dimensional arrangement of membrane proteins that caused structure-functional changes of the GC plasma membranes and may determined its sensitiveness toward antitumor treatment
