Description
The characteristics of light scattering of cell suspensions and the number of internal scatterers upon external influences (tonic changes and irradiation) are investigated. The increases of intensity of scattered light at 900 scattering angle and wave-length exponent of turbidity spectra were connected with increase of intercellular structure deposits in general scattering. The turbidity of irradiated Ehrlich ascites tumor cells increases were close to the cell radius square rise. (author)
