Mineralization characteristics and forming model of Shazaoquan uranium deposit in Badanjilin basin
- 1. Research Institute No.206, CNNC, Xianyang (China)
Description
Badanjilin basin is an sandstone type uranium base in China. By geology survey, drilling exploration checking and geochemical analysis, the author studied the geology background, geology features of uranium mineralization. and focused the discussing on the forming genesis and model of uranium deposit in Shazaoquan area. According to the structural coupling, basin evolution, uranium mineralization features, ore-controlling factors and mineralization ages, two phases of uranium mineralization were found in Shazaoquan area: syngenetic pre-enriched mineralization and epigenetic oxidization enriching mineralization. Uranium orebody is located above the intersurface of structural-sedimentary in early Cretaceous which is concentrated in the central depression of the basin formed by structural movement. (authors)
