X-ray spectral study of electronic structure of yttrium gallides

Using the method of X-ray emission spectroscopy the electron structure of yttrium gallides is studied. During the Y5Ga3→YGa→YGa2 transition a radical change of the crystalline structure and physical properties takes place. The L-bands of yttrium, as well as K- and L-spectra of gallium in the spectra of yttrium gallides have been studied for the first time
