The management of Hodgkin's disease during the second trimester of pregnancy

Description
Based on our experience and literature we have discussed the problem of staging and of treatment Hodgkin's disease during second trimester of pregnancy. The supradiaphragmatic radiotherapy technique with fetus protection in 2 patients irradiated between 23 and 26 Hbd was shown. In both cases treatment was successfully continued after delivery with good response. Both children, 5 and 6 years old are now in good health without late complications connected with previous irradiation. (author)
