Interfacial reactions and properties of Y3Fe5O12/Ba1-xPbxTiO3 composites

Description
Interfacial chemical interaction is revealed in Y3Fe5O12 /Ba1-xPbxTiO3 magnetoelectric mixture composites during high-temperature firing. The interaction leads to the formation of pyrochlore impurity phases (x > 0.2) and yttrium orthoferrite (x=0, t=1300 deg C). Electrical and piezoelectric characterization results indicate that the best piezoelectric performance is offered by the Y3Fe5O12 /Ba0.1Pb0.9TiO3 composites, which experience no chemical changes during sintering

Обнаружено химическое межфазное взаимодействие, возникающее в результате высокотемпературного обжига смесевых магнитоэлектрических композитов Y3Fe5О12/Ва1-xPbxTiO3 и приводящее к образованию посторонних фаз со структурой пирохлора (х > 0.2) и ортоферрита иттрия (х=0, t=1300 град С). Изучены электрофизические свойства смесевых композитов Y3Fe5O12/Ba1-xPbxTiO3 и показано, что наилучшими пьезоэлектрическими свойствами обладают материалы Y3Fe5O12/Ba0.1Pb0.9TiO3, при получении которых химических превращений не происходитAdditional details
