Description
Optic properties of rat blood were studied 24 h following γ- or γ-neutron-irradiation with different doses. A comparative analysis of the changes observed was performed in relation to life span of animals. It is concluded that remote effects of radiation can be prognosticated by changes in light scattering of the peripheral blood lymphocytes 24 h following irradiation
