Elaboration of superconducting ceramic powders by freeze-drying

Description
Superconducting ceramics YBa2Cu3O7-x have been prepared from freeze-dried powders. Reactivity, chemical composition and structure of the powders are studied by BET, SEM, DTA, TGA, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The relationship between the calcination, the sintering temperature and the density as well as the electrical properties of sintered ceramics (criticaltemperature, transition width, critical current density) is presented

Ce travail consiste a elaborer les ceramiques supraconductrices YBa2Cu3O7-x a partir de poudres synthetisees par le procede de lyophilisation. La reactivite, la composition et la structure des poudres sont etudiees par diverses methodes: BET, MEB, ATD, ATG et diffraction des rayons X.
