Nuclear fusion and its advanced technology. Their advancement and future views
Description
By establishment of critical plasma condition using a large Tokamak apparatus, development of nuclear fusion energy finished the first stage of its scientific verification to transfer a new stage aiming at verification of nuclear fusion technology. An experimental reactor ITER aiming at confirmation of its physical and engineering formability is promoted smoothly on its engineering design actions as was delayed to three years after on determination of its construction, and has been formed no technical problem making impossible of its construction. Here were introduced on three points of 'advancement and view on nuclear fusion engineering technology', advancement of technology on ITER engineering design work', and 'view onto actual application of nuclear fusion energy', summarized by lectures and papers on the 'technical committee on nuclear fusion engineering technical research' established at the nuclear technology committee of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
