Description
Based on the relevant works, a new model of rewetting during bottom-up reflood process after PWR LOCA is represented. Two-fluid equations with consideration of entrainment and two-dimensional conduction equations describe the two-phase flow process and wall conduction characteristics respectively. The distinct advantage of this model is the definition of a transition region instead of the nuclear concepts of Quench Temperature, Sputtering Temperature or Leidenfrost Temperature. The author model will be implemented into TRAC code after further qualification and verification
