Description

In C, Al, and Ag targets, the energy spectra have been measured for elementally separated Li to C fragments produced in alpha induced reaction at 400 MeV. Furthermore, the cross sections of 7Be and 10Be produced by 400 MeV alphas on Cu, Ag and Au targets have been determined by γ-spectrometry and accelerator mass spectrometry. The effect due to the difference of the initial interactions of alphas, photons and neutrons was found in the production ratio (10Be/7Be). (authors)
