X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopic study of effect of rare earth and silicon ions on Ca3P2O8 structure
Description
Derivatives of calcium ortho-phosphate with mole content of CaM2Si2O3 equal to 8%, where M3+-La3+, m3+, Dy3+, Er3+ and Sc3+, are synthesized. Effect of the nature and size of M3+ ions and silicon on partial transformation of phase composition from whitlockite to apatite one is shown by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopic methods
