Description
A generalization is made for achievements in development and application of rapidly solidified brazing alloys type STEMET (Cu-Sn-In-Ni-Mn) to braze binary and ternary compositions of beryllium, copper alloys, tungsten, stainless steel in various combinations. Using electron microscopy the structure of brazed joints is studied, no brittle intermetallic compounds resulting in a strength decrease are noted to present. As applied to fusion reactor components the brazed joints of beryllium-bronze and beryllium-dispersion hardened copper alloy-stainless steels are manufactured. All joints withstood without failure 1000 thermal cycles in heat fluxes of 11 MW/m2 and 8 MW/m2 for binary and ternary compositions correspondingly
Abstract (Russian)
Обобщены достижения по разработке и применению быстрозакаленных припоев СТЕМЕТ (Cu-Sn-In-Ni-Mn) для пайки двойных и тройных композиций из бериллия, медных сплавов, вольфрама, нержавеющей стали в различных сочетаниях. Методом электронной микроскопии изучено строение паяных соединений и отмечено отсутствие хрупких интерметаллидов, снижающих прочность. Применительно к компонентам термоядерной установки изготовлены паяные соединения бериллий - бронза и бериллий - дисперсно-упрочненный медный сплав - нержавеющая сталь. Все соединения без повреждений выдержали 1000 термоциклов в тепловых потоках 11 МВт/м2 и 8 МВт/м2 для двойных и тройных композиций соответственноAdditional details
