Description
The paper considers the hydrodynamics of a two-component mixture of a liquid and a gaseous metal flowing through accelerating and condensing nozzles. The effect of the rate of heat exchange and condensation on the flow, the conditions for optimum acceleration of the mixture and for optimum slip of the liquid component relative to the metal vapours are discussed. Various ratios of velocity to nozzle cross-section are considered for different conditions of heat exchange and rate of change in the cross-section. The paper also discusses shock waves and condensation jumps, their structure and the conditions under which they occur. (author)
Abstract (Russian)
Rassmatrivaetsja gidrodinamika dvuhkomponentnoj smesi zhidkogo i gazoobraznogo metallov pri techenii takoj smesi v uskorjajushhih i kondensacionnyh soplah. Rassmatrivaetsja takzhe vlijanie skorosti teploobmena i kondensacii na takie techenija, uslovija optimal'nogo uskorenija takoj smesi i uslovija optimizacii proskal'zyvanija zhidkoj komponenty otnositel'no parov metalla. Privodjatsja razlichnye zavisimosti skorosti ot sechenija sopla pri razlichnyh uslovijah teploobmena i skorosti izmenenija sechenija. Obsuzhdajutsja takzhe udarnye volny i kondensacionnye skachki, ih struktura i uslovija vozniknovenija. (author)Additional details
