Synthesis of yttrium aluminates by the method of hydroxide coprecipitation

Description
Optimum conditions for preparation of Y4Al2O9, YAlO3 and Y3Al5O12 compounds using the method of hydroxide coprecipitation with succeeding calcination at 1270, 1770 and 1170 K respectively are determined. The process of thermal crystallization of yttrium aluminates of the mentioned compositions is investigated
