Description
The present methods of probe plasma diagnostics are presented. On the basis of general theory of kinetic and hydrodynamical equations mathematical simulation for the probe different operating conditions is presented, then possibilities and accuracy of the known and some new processing techniques for the probe measurements are discussed. Methods of processing experimental data under probe measurements and probe equipment are considered. the developed theory is rather general and is applicable for describing plasma properties in the vicinity of present in plasma bodies. 138 refs.; 178 figs.; 3 tabs
