Review of incidents to be reported under the Radiation Protection Ordinance for the years 1987 and 1988
Description
The total of 80 incidents were caused by human failure, intentional disruption, theft, fire, violation of rules, transport losses, accidents, equipment deficiencies. 15 ionization smoke detectors were reported lost or stolen. (HP)

Die insgesamt 80 Vorkommnisse beruhen auf menschlichem Versagen, vorsaetzlicher Stoerung, Diebstahl, Brand, Verstoessen gegen Bestimmungen, Transportverluste, Unfallereignissen, apparativen Maengeln. 15 Ionisationsrauchmelder wurden als Verlust bzw. Diebstahl gemeldet. (HP)
