Physico-chemical bases of evaporation and denitration of high-level radioactive solutions before vitrification

Description
Data on phase equilibriums in the systems simulating high-level radioactive solutions, necessary for development and calculation of apparatus-technological scheme of vitrification processes are obtained. IT is established that aluminium and sodium nitrates and phosphoric acid precipitate nitric acid. These data make it possible to consider the maximum permissible degree of evaporation and denitration of solutions. 10 refs., 9 tabs
