On the numerical characteristics of reflood model with use of moving mesh system
Description
In this paper, the numerical characteristics of a reflood model with the use of a moving mesh system is studied. The formulation of discretized equation for the two-dimensional heat conduction equation with convection term is discussed. The linear stability analysis is performed, and the amplification factor of numerical scheme is shown. It is shown that the implicit scheme is unconditionally stable. The implicit upwind scheme is found to e more stable than the implicit centered scheme. Numerical examples are shown, and the efficiency of calculations is discussed in terms of the CPU time
