Phase relationships and electric properties of specimens of La2O3-NiO-ZrO2 system
Description
The conditions of preparation, phase relationships and electric properties of specimens La2O3x(2-x)NiOxxZrO2 with 0 < x < 2 are studied. The formation of the new ternary compound. La2NiZrO6 with the structure of rhombohedraly distorted perovskite, which represents a hole semiconductor with specific resistance ∼ 3x102 ohmxcm and conductivity activation energy 21.8 kJ/mol. has been found
