Long distance analysis in the protein complex detected by pulsed ESR

Description
Pulsed electron spin resonance (ESR) is a powerful tool to determine the magnetic interaction in the range of 100 Å scale. The scale is almost compatible with the protein size. In this paper, we introduce some applications of the Pulsed electron-electron double resonance (PELDOR) / Double electron-electron resonance (DEER) technique to the structural analysis of the proteins, metal center.
