Tracking production, quality and licensing at nuclear stations
Description
As with NRC Action Items, issues such as Design Document Control, Field Change Requests, Non-Conference Reports, Field Change Notices and Engineering Change Notices can be addressed in an identical fashion. All of these issues need to be record kept in an effective manner. The system provides a standardized yet flexible method of storing and representing independent records. The design matches the needs of those who use the data. The ability exists to track the life cycle of the document. The ability to collectively view or report related records must be present. The ability to reflect status for the purpose of serving as a management tool, from a site perspective, must be present. The system must be dynamic, that is, easily adaptable. The system must be capable of integration into existing procedures and information flow patterns
