Description

Highlights: • AIEE and CIEE active fluorophores (MOTPAs) containing triphenylamine were synthesized. • The single branch fluorophores (SMOTPA) presented a tunable emission. • Fluorescence imaging experiments of TMOTPA in living A549 cells proved its potential for practical applications.
