Fiber optic gamma detector for high dose rates

Description

In this contribution, the authors deal with the development of a detector for measuring high dose rates. This unique measuring system uses an optical fiber to transmit signals from the detector to the evaluation unit. The system enables the measurement of a high dose rate of up to 100 Gy/h with signal transmission up to a distance of 30 m. (authors)
