Nuclear initiative of the Russian President (an attempt of analysis and elaboration)

The propositions containing in the appearance of V.V. Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, on summit of millennium wherein initiatives on perfecting nuclear energetics in relation to the performance of works in the context of international concept are analyzed and given in detail.
