Simulation of micropulse radiowave radiation from pulsars

  • 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Fizicheskij Inst.

Description

Simulation of microstructure of pulsar single pulses in the amplitude-modulated noise (AMN) model was carried out. It was shown that time-frequency structure of micropulse emission is explained by this model well. Some interesting consequencies of AMN model are obtained and it is shown that microstructure time scale, defined from average autocorrelation function is equal to mean value from a scales distribution. Visible of correlation for short-scale microstructure with τ<400 μs of PSR 0809+74 and 1133+16 for a frequency ofset 50 kHz is explained by AMN model
