Description
In this study, we analyzed the results of the core logging, acoustic televiewing and hydraulic tests conducted at the TB-5 borehole in the KURT(KAERI Underground Research Tunnel), and characterized the geometrical properties of the fractures and the hydraulic properties of the zone crossing the borehole. Based on the characterization results, the test zone where the researches on the influence of the water pressure on the fracture aperture and the geochemical changes of groundwater due to the engineering barriers of the subsurface repository for radioactive waste
