The application of gamma-ray diffractometry to the study of phase transitions and domain structures
Description
The aim of this paper is to provide a review of the results obtained up to the present by γ-ray diffractometry in the field of phase transition and twinned textures studies. Specific characteristics of the γ Bragg peaks and their significance are reported. Typical results which have been obtained for several types of twinned textures and phase transitions are described. Finally, possible improvements of the technique for such experiments are proposed and discussed. (Auth.)
