Parameters of band structure in narrow-gap solid solutions (In2Te3)x - (Hg3Te3)1-x

Description
Kinetic coefficients and band parameters in narrow-gap solid solutions (In2Te3)x-(Hg3Te3)1-x are studied for 0<x≤0.12 at 300 K. It is found that non-monotonic dependence of kinetic coefficients and band parameters is due to the formation of complexes for 0.01<x<0.04 which is caused by heterovalent substitution, as well as due to the band structure reversal for x=0.08±0.01
