Spin-orbital interaction and l forbidden proton γ(M1) transitions
Description
Calculations for the given probabilities of l forbidden M-1 transitions in nuclei wth odd protons are carried out. Proton transitions of the 1gsub(7/2) reversible 2dsub(5/2) type in La, Pr, Pm nuclei with the mass number of 133 <= A <= 141 are considered. A single-particle basis is calculated for the Saxon-Woods potential. The account of spin-orbital interaction plays a determining role to obtain a quantitative agreement of a theory with an experiment
