Description
This publication contains the proceedings of a conference on methanization projects and techniques, notably in rural areas. Contributions give an overview of the present development of this sector, and of its medium-term perspectives. Content: 1 - The regulation of animal by-products; 2 - Looking for solutions to process restaurant bio-wastes; 3 - German energy crops experience feedback 10 years after; 4 - Results of 2 years of national experiment on agronomic, methanogenous, environmental, and economic potentials of intermediate energy crops 5 - Intermediate energy crops; 6 - Practices to substitute mineral fertilizers by digestate; 7 - Fertilizing with digestates: opinion and experience feedback; 8 - Renewable gas production road-map; 9 - Experience feedback of green bio-methane injection into the natural gas network; 10 - Natural gas for vehicles, liquefied natural gas: opportunities and market expectations. The last part of the document presents the 'Energy Methanization Autonomy Nitrogen' plan for the integration of methanization in agricultural practices together with optimizing the nitrogen cycle
