Description
We apply a frequency-dependent magnetoconductivity to the bulk polar semiconductor n-InSb and obtain the optically detected magnetophonon resonance ((ODMPR) conditions. With the ODMPR conditions, qualitative features of the ODMPR effects are investigated as functions of the incident photon frequency and the strength of magnetic field. In particular, anomalous behaviors of the ODMPR line shape, such as the splitting and the shift of ODMPR peaks, are discussed in detail
