After the initiating phase (LOF, TOP, TOP-LOF) the three accident paths energy accident path, best estimate LOF accident path, and best estimate TOP accident path are analysed. The PAHR-related activities at KFK are dealing with the thermo and fluiddynamic investigation on the behaviour of molten pools and debris beds, investigations on the behaviour are melts-refractory crucible materials, fission product distribution in the molten materials, and material properties.
