Estimation of kSE correction factor for unsaturated ionization chamber in pulsed and swept electron beam
Description
Three methods of determining the recombination correction kSE for ionization chamber exposed to pulsed and swept electron beam are described. Results of the recombination measurements obtained for each of the methods are presented and compared. Limits of validity of the presented methods are discussed. 8 refs., 5 figs., 3 tabs. (author)
