Determination of cross sections for 3Hep-interactions at 13.5 GeV/c
Description
The total, elastic and topological cross sections for 3Hep-interactions hav been determined using the one-meter JINR hydrogen bubble chamber exposed to a beam of 3He nuclei at 13.5 GeV/c. The total and elastic cross sections turned to be 118.0±1.2 mb and 24.2±1.0 mb, respectively. The elastic differential cross section is compared with the Glauber model predictions and also with data from other experiments. 17 refs.; 2 figs.; 1 tab
