Safety aspects of containment systems of nuclear power plants
Description
The functions are summed up of the containment of nuclear power plants and a brief description is presented of the currently used systems: bubble-vacuum and containment systems. Attention is also devoted to the operation of the containment of the reactor in its function as the protective element against external impacts and certain aspects of containment failure are discussed.
