Indium electrodeposition from acid tartrate electrolyte

Description

Electrodeposition of indium from electrolyte containing sodium tartrate has been studied for different pH values, temperature, current density and different composition of the solution. Compositions of electrolyte and deposition conditions, which permit obtaining compact and smooth indium coatings, have been ascertained
