The Decree of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic of the 17th April 2002 on requirements on quality systems of the authorization holders as well as on alteration and amendment of the Decree of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic No. 187/1999 Coll. on nuclear installation personnel competence

The Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic according to Article 22, paragraph 5 of the Act No. 130/1998 Coll. on peaceful use of nuclear energy and on alteration and amendment to the Act No. 174/1968 Coll. on state supervision of labour safety as amended by the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 256/1994 Coll. as amended by the Act No. 470/2000 Coll. hereby enacted as follows. The Decree adapts requirements on the quality systems of the authorization holders, procedure and scope of approval and categorization of classified items important to nuclear safety. In the part two the requirements on quality systems are defined, in the part three the quality systems are described. Part four deals with the course and scope of the quality systems approving. In the Part six are temporary and abrogative provisions. In the Chapter two the Decree of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic No. 187/1999 Coll. on nuclear installation personnel competence is changed. In the Appendix No. 1 the requirements on quality systems are defined. The classified items is ranked into particular safety categories according to the conditions provided in Appendix No. 2. Requirements on technical documentation of classified items are described in the Appendix No. 3. Appendix 4 contains requirements on contractual documentation of classified items. Requirements on surveillance inspections and tests of the classified items are defined in the Appendix No. 5 and inspection engineers job are described in the Appendix No. 6. This Decree has entered into force on the July 1, 2000
