Description
The mutagenic action of free Verografin as well as of Verografin contained in liposomes on cultures of lymphocytes from the peripheral blood of healthy donors was investigated for various concentrations. It was found, that free Verografin can induce damages of human lymphocytes already in clinical concentrations usually applicated. The probability of damages increased with the concentration. Verografin in liposomes had a lower cytogenic effect. (author)
