Description

Consideration is being given to the basic characteristics of electromagnetic processes in the presence of an external magnetic field in which the electron self-polarization occurs. It is shown that an effective method to increase the degree of electron beam polarization and reduce the time of spin relaxation by 20% is available. A study was made on the dependence of the electron beam polarization and transition probabilities on the quantum parameter xi=3/2xH/H0xE/MC2, where H=intensity of external magnetic field; E=electron energy; e, m, c, h/2π=charge, electron rest mass, velocity of light and Planck constant, respectively; H0=m2c3/eh/2π
